What's the minimum order quantity?

Minimum Order quantity is 6 jugs. Jug sizes and colors must be ordered in quantities of 3.

Is freight included in the pricing I see, or are there extra shipping charges?

Freight is included in the jug pricing shown in the dealer portal. Your order total reflects the delivered cost—no additional freight charges will be added at checkout.

What’s the current lead time, and when does my order actually enter the queue?

Current lead time is approximately 1-3 weeks. Once paid, it’s confirmed and queued.

What payment methods do you accept (credit card vs ACH), and are there any terms?

We accept Credit Card and ACH. Payment confirms your order and secures your spot in the packing queue.

Can I mix colors, sizes, and accessories—or do I have to buy pre-selected assortments?

You can do either:

  • Dealer Packs are pre-built assortments based on what sells fastest.
  • Build Your Own Order allows full SKU flexibility (mix colors/sizes/caps).
    Jug sizes and colors must be ordered in quantities of 3.

Which spout/cap should I recommend for different customer applications (Auto-Stop vs Ripper)?

  • Auto-Stop Spout: Best for customers who want spill control and cleaner fills—great for general use and overflow prevention.
  • Ripper Cap: Best for maximum flow and speed—ideal for top-fill applications (dirt bikes, ATVs, some tractors).

What’s your warranty policy, and how do warranty claims work for dealers?

Lifetime Warranty: Free replacement (parts + shipping) within 12 months. After 12 months, replacement parts stay free for life—customer/dealer covers shipping.

To submit a claim, contact support with order info + photos + a brief description of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you provide marketing assets (product photos, videos, signage) to help us sell through?

Yes – Dealers can access product photos, lifestyle images, and feature callouts. Your first order of 36 jugs also includes a display pop up.

What’s your MAP policy / pricing guidelines, and can we sell online as well as in-store?

Dealers must adhere to our posted MAP pricing policy to protect the brand and keep the market healthy.  Online selling is allowed but is not permitted on Amazon.
